Open Evening - Winchester Science Centre 2024

Join us for this open evening for our members and their families at Winchester Science Centre.

Once again, we have exclusively booked the entire venue for the evening including a planetarium show. We are subsidising this event, so all of this will be available to members of our branch and their families at a much reduced entry charge.

Times:
You are welcome to come along any time after 5.30pm. The planetarium show will take place at 7.00pm. Under 3s will not be permitted to watch the show (but can visit the Science Centre free of charge). The planetarium show entry is included in your ticket price. The Centre will close at 9.00pm.

Refreshments:
The Science Centre café, The Hub, will be open during the evening for snacks. Hot and cold drinks are available.

If you would prefer to bring your own food, the Science Centre provides tables for picnicking indoors. Please do not use the café area for picnicking as these tables are required for café customers.

Gift Shop:
A variety of unusual and quirky gifts can be bought in the Science Centre Gift Shop, from pocket-money mementos to quality books and interesting experiments to try at home.

     £5.00* Adults and Children (3–16 years)
  *suggested minimum donation

Payment is by Credit or Debit card or through a PayPal account. To use any of these methods. please select option 'PayPal' on the checkout page. Note: To use Credit or Debit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account or sign up to have one.

Please Note: As this is a private hire event, Winchester Science Centre Annual Passes are not valid for entry.

Before booking, please carefully read the information below.

Important booking information and terms:

• You will need an Access Code to book tickets which has been sent to all members by email.
• This offer is only available to NAS South Hampshire Branch members and their families/carers (if you have received an email about this directly from NAS South Hampshire Branch, then you are eligible). Please do not pass this information on to others. Bookings received from non-Branch members will be cancelled and a refund issued.
• You will be able to book a maximum of 6 tickets.
• Branch members must pre-book their tickets through this site (not through Winchester Science Centre).
• There is a limit on the number of tickets available. Bookings will be accepted on a 'first come, first served' basis. Booking will close on Monday 25 November 2024 or when all tickets are sold, whichever is earlier.
• Once complete, no amendments to the booking can be made. 
• Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable after a booking has been made.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
